Okinawa soba

Okinawa soba
A noodle dish similar to udon, where you can eat flour noodles with Japanese-style dashi such as bonito and kelp. When we say "soba" in Okinawa, we mean this soba, not buckwheat soba.

As a basic ingredient of Okinawa soba, three pieces of pork, Okinawa kamaboko, and onion will be on board.

It is said that it has spread as a meal for the common people since the Taisho era, and there are Okinawa soba with unique characteristics even in remote islands.
