Champuroo
Okinawan home cooking with various vegetables and tofu. The origin of the name is "mixed and mixed" in Okinawan dialect.

Island tofu, which does not crumble even when fried, is basically used, and vegetables such as cabbage, onions, carrots and sprouts are mainly used.

Called after the name of the main ingredients, there are Goya Champloo, Papaya Champloo, and Fu Champloo (using Kurumafu).
